Position Overview
Role: Telesales Executive
Payroll: Third-Party Payroll
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years

Compensation & Perks
Noida Location: Up to ₹24,000 max in-hand per month (Final salary depends on interview performance)

Key Responsibilities
Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers daily using the provided database.
Lead Conversion: Conduct systematic and rigorous follow-ups with prospects to successfully qualify and close leads into active sales.
Target Completion: Maintain a robust focus on metrics with a strict commitment to achieving 100% of assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Pitching & Engagement: Deliver highly energetic and confident product/service presentations tailored to client needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Communication Skills: Above-average to excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
Sales Acumen: Exceptional convincing, negotiating, and objection-handling abilities.
Traits: Highly energetic, self-motivated, resilient, and inherently confident.
