Founder's Office – Projects & Execution
Toise Coffee · Worli, Mumbai · Full-time, in office
About Toise
Toise is a specialty coffee roaster in Worli, Mumbai. We source green coffee from Indian estates, roast in-house, and serve it through our café, to other businesses, and directly to home brewers. We're a small team that grows by doing fewer things very well.
The role
You'll work directly with the founder to turn priorities into finished projects. On any given week you might be planning a current coffee release, setting up a new sales platform, preparing for a new store opening, and running a brand collaboration. Your job is to take each project from idea to finish line: plan it, bring the right people together, keep it on schedule, and make sure it actually ships.
This is a hands-on execution role. You'll spend more time making things happen than making presentations.

Running the system
• Maintain one master project tracker so the founder and team always know what's moving, what's stuck, and why
• Run weekly check-ins with the café, roastery, and sales teams to keep work across the business connected
• Manage external partners such as designers, printers, agencies, contractors, and platform account managers
• Prepare budgets for each project and track actual spend against them
• After each project, write a s
