Role Description The Technical Sales Engineer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Ahmedabad, with a mix of in office customer engagement and work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for identifying and developing recent business opportunities, managing existing accounts,



and providing technical guidance on precious metal alloys and their applications. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations, preparing technical proposals and quotations, collaborating with production and R&D; teams to address customer requirements, and resolving technical queries. The Technical Sales Engineer will also monitor market trends, support customer trials, participate in trade events, and maintain accurate sales and technical documentation. Close coordination with internal stakeholders and customers is expected to ensure high levels of service, product performance, and customer satisfaction.
