Position Summary

The Senior Learning Experience & Technology Designer helps ensure employees can quickly find, understand, and apply the information and training they need across an increasingly complex learning and technology setting.

This role owns the design, development, publishing, and ongoing maintenance of digital learning and performance-support solutions across HealthStream, SharePoint, Articulate 360, video, reference guides, and the organization’s Digital Adoption Platform (WalkMe or comparable tool). Working with subject matter experts and learning partners, the role translates complex processes and content into accessible, intuitive, and scalable learning experiences while ensuring the platforms that deliver them are organized, reliable, and easy to maintain.

During the first year,



this role will establish and strengthen the foundational learning ecosystem by owning HealthStream administration, building and maintaining DAP experiences, improving and governing Learning Hub/SharePoint content, producing priority eLearning, video and reference resources and maintaining reusable standards, templates, QA practices, and asset-management processes that improve consistency and reduce future development and maintenance effort.
