Position Summary

As a Senior Consultant – AI Engineer, you will be a senior technical contributor supporting the development and implementation of Agentic AI solutions for HCA. You will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable Gen AI products. Your deep technical expertise and engineering skills will be essential in supporting design decisions, building production-ready AI capabilities, guiding the team,



ensuring adherence to best practices, and delivering impactful AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of assigned enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions aligned to strategic business priorities.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned technical workstreams, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Contribute to architecture and technical direction for Agentic AI systems, partnering closely with product managers, data scientists, security, and enterprise architecture teams to translate business requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Design, develop and maintain AI agents, prompt flows, API services, tool integrations, and workflow automations that integrate with existing platforms and workflows.
• Apply engineering best practices for AI development, including coding standards,
