Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the automobile/automotive industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, handling statutory compliance, and supporting management with financial reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accurate and timely entries.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including vendor and customer reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase invoices, credit/debit notes, and payment records.
Perform regular bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.




Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up for timely settlements.
Maintain proper records of inventory, spare parts, automobile components, and related transactions.
Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting compliances as applicable.
Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documents and supporting schedules.
Assist with GST reconciliation, TDS returns, and other statutory filings.
Ensure proper documentation and accounting of expenses, purchases, sales, and payments.
Support budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
