About Supermoney
Supermoney is an enterprise-led Supply Chain Finance platform working with large corporate anchors, their MSME dealer/vendor ecosystems, and multiple banks and NBFCs.
We manage the operating layer across anchor programmes, borrower acquisition, lender coordination, credit movement, limit activation and utilisation. The role therefore sits at the intersection of business, credit and execution.

About the Role:
We are looking for a high-ownership Business Operations skilled who can act as the execution bridge between Sales, Credit, Operations, Anchors and our lending partners.
This is not a conventional back-office operations or MIS role.
The person will own the movement of business from chance → lender allocation → credit evaluation → sanction → limit activation → utilisation, identify bottlenecks before they become escalations,



and help management improve conversion, turnaround times and lender performance.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable getting into individual cases when required while simultaneously maintaining a portfolio-level view of pipelines, lender capacity, ageing and operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Lender & Case Execution
• Own day-to-day business coordination across Supermoney's active banks and NBFC partners.
• Drive cases from initial lender allocation through credit evaluation, sanction, documentation, limit activation and first utilisation.
• Maintain disciplined follow-up on lender queries, approvals and pending actions, with explicit ownership and escalation.
• Ensure Sales and lender pendencies are identified and acted upon within agreed TATs, with a target of 95%+ actionable items addressed within 48 hours.
• Track lender-wise available capacity, NTB appetite, programme limits
