True Space Homes is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Consultant to join our Bengaluru team. The ideal candidate should have robust communication and sales skills, a customer-first approach, and an interest in Bengaluru’s residential real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
• Understand clients’ property requirements, budgets and investment objectives.
• Recommend suitable residential projects from leading developers.
• Handle leads and follow up with prospective homebuyers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate and conduct project presentations and site visits.
• Explain project details, pricing, location advantages and investment potential.
• Assist clients in comparing projects and making informed property decisions.
• Negotiate and follow up with clients to facilitate successful closures.
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with developers and internal teams for inventory, pricing and booking updates.




• Maintain lead and sales records and provide regular updates on the sales pipeline.
Candidate Requirements
• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in real estate, property sales or consultative sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Robust sales and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with sales targets.
• Good knowledge of Bengaluru’s real estate market will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi and Kannada; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
