About NANDIXNANDIX is an early-stage technology company building a up-to-date software platform for business operations.
We combine software, automation and AI to help businesses operate more efficiently and make better day-to-day decisions.
We are now building our initial customer base and looking for a hands-on Sales Lead to take ownership of customer acquisition and help build our sales function from the ground up.

About the RoleThis is a full-time hybrid role based in Chennai for a Sales Lead at NANDIX.
This is a player-coach role. You will not only manage a sales pipeline you will actively prospect, meet business owners, conduct product demonstrations, close customers and build a repeatable sales process.
You will work directly with the founder and play a key role in taking NANDIX from its early customer base to its next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities• Own and drive the B2B customer acquisition pipeline for NANDIX.
• Identify and engage potential customers in the retail and business ecosystem.
• Generate leads through direct outreach, field sales, referrals,



partnerships and other channels.
• Conduct product demonstrations and communicate NANDIX's value clearly to business owners.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead → demo → trial → activation.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and follow-up process.
• Track daily and weekly sales activity, conversions and performance.
• Understand customer objections and continuously improve the sales approach.
• Work directly with the founder on key accounts, partnerships and strategic prospects.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the product and engineering team.
• Establish a repeatable sales process that can later be scaled with a larger sales team.
• Initially lead by example through direct selling and customer acquisition.
