Role Description The Head of Sales and Marketing – B2B will lead the development and execution of NAMI’s B2B sales and marketing strategy, with a focus on expanding the company’s furniture and home décor presence among institutional and corporate clients. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the time. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing recent B2B opportunities, managing key accounts, setting and tracking sales targets,



and overseeing marketing campaigns tailored to business customers. The role will also involve building and leading a high-performing sales and marketing team, collaborating with product and operations teams, analyzing market trends, and optimizing pricing and positioning strategies. The Head of Sales and Marketing – B2B will be expected to maintain strong client relationships and ensure a consistent, high-quality brand experience across all touchpoints.
Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with proven experience driving B2B growth and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Account Management experience, including building long-term relationships with corporate and institutional clients.
• Team Management capabilities, with a track record of leading, coaching, and developing sales and marketing teams.
• Analytical Skills to interpret market data, customer insights, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
