Position: Agency Development Manager / Agency Manager

Job PurposeTo recruit, train, develop, and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents and drive business growth through the Agency Channel.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit and onboard new insurance advisors/agents as per company requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with advisors and support them in achieving business targets.
Train and guide advisors on life insurance products, sales processes, and company policies.
Generate new business through the advisor network and ensure achievement of assigned sales targets.
Conduct regular meetings, field visits, and performance reviews with advisors.
Motivate advisors to increase productivity and improve customer acquisition.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the advisor network.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Track advisor performance and take corrective actions wherever required.
Maintain good customer and advisor relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
Candidate ProfileGraduate in any discipline.
Experience: 1–5 years in Life Insurance,



General Insurance, BFSI, Agency, Sales, or related fields preferred.
Candidates with robust sales and recruitment experience can also be considered.
Positive communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Strong sales orientation with the ability to achieve targets.
Ability to recruit, motivate, and manage insurance advisors.
Local market knowledge and a robust network will be an added advantage.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
