Receive customers and understand vehicle accident/damage-related concerns.
Conduct preliminary vehicle inspection and document the damages accurately.
Prepare repair estimates and explain the repair process, estimated cost, and delivery timelines to customers.
Coordinate with the Insurance Team, Surveyor, Bodyshop Technicians, Denter, Painter, and Parts Department.
Prepare and maintain job cards, repair estimates, insurance documents, and other required records.
Coordinate with insurance companies and surveyors for inspection, approvals, and claim-related requirements.
Follow up on spare parts availability and ensure timely movement of vehicles through the repair process.
Monitor repair progress and keep customers updated regarding the status of their vehicles.




Ensure additional damages identified during repair are properly communicated and approved.
Conduct quality checks and ensure the vehicle is ready for customer delivery as per company standards.
Explain completed repairs and charges to customers during vehicle delivery.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Ensure accurate billing, documentation, and closure of job cards.
Maintain proper records and follow company processes, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
Coordinate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction, productivity, and timely vehicle delivery targets.
