Role Description The Senior Executive role at Officially Ethos is a full time, in office position based in Mumbai. The Senior Executive will oversee key operational and business activities, including coordinating with internal teams, managing client interactions, and supporting sales and service objectives.



This role involves monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports, and ensuring adherence to company processes and service standards. The Senior Executive will contribute to project execution, streamline workflows, and support cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. The position requires regular collaboration with leadership and stakeholder groups to implement business strategies and drive continuous improvement.
