Ripple Street's campaign operations team delivers real, measurable results for brand partners — and the quality of that delivery depends on how well the underlying work is designed, governed, and executed. As the team has grown, the need for a dedicated operational authority — someone who owns the how and holds the standard — has become central to sustaining that quality at scale.
This role exists because outstanding campaign execution doesn't happen by chance. It happens because someone has defined what valuable looks like, built the processes that make it repeatable, and is present enough in the work to catch what's slipping before it becomes a client problem.
