Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervising, motivating, and training staff members during assigned shifts.
Operational Management: Ensuring smooth, productive, and consistent operations (e.g., manufacturing production or retail service).
Safety Compliance: Enforcing company policies, safety protocols , and maintaining a clean work setting.
Problem Resolution: Resolving conflicts among employees, addressing customer complaints, or fixing operational issues on the floor.
Performance Tracking: Monitoring inventory levels, and tracking daily production metrics or sales targets.
Reporting: Completing shift reports, tracking attendance, and handling documentation for management.
