Role Description The Business Development Executive will work on-site in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity, focusing on driving recent business opportunities and revenue growth for SquareYards. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients.



The role involves conducting market research, presenting solutions that align with client needs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of deals. The Business Development Executive will also maintain accurate records of client interactions, prepare sales reports, and represent SquareYards at meetings, events, and client visits as required.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Current Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, pursue, and convert prospects.
• Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage relationships, negotiate deals, and maintain long-term client partnerships.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
• Relevant experience in real estate, proptech, financial service
