About the RoleWe are looking for freshers to join our team as E-commerce Assistants. No prior e-commerce experience is required. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, basic English communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
You will be trained on day-to-day e-commerce marketplace operations and will work with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and Blinkit.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with product listing and catalog management.
Add and update product information on online marketplaces.
Upload product images, titles, descriptions, and other details.
Assist in managing orders, returns, and cancellations.
Update inventory and product prices.
Check marketplace dashboards and account notifications.
Assist in raising and following up on seller support tickets.
Maintain basic Excel/Google Sheets records.
Coordinate with the team for daily e-commerce activities.
Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks on time.
Learn and follow marketplace processes and guidelines.
