We are looking for an energetic and responsible Logistics Operations Associate to join our operations team.
The role involves coordinating day-to-day logistics activities, communicating with drivers and transport partners, tracking deliveries, and ensuring smooth movement of goods.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily pickup and delivery operations
Communicate with drivers, transport partners, and customers
Track vehicle movement and delivery status
Follow up on pending or delayed deliveries
Provide timely operational updates to the team
Maintain basic trip and delivery records
Assist in resolving day-to-day logistics issues
Ensure smooth and timely completion of assigned trips
What We Are Looking For
Minimum education: 12th Pass (Intermediate)
Basic English communication is mandatory
Positive communication and coordination skills
Comfortable using a mobile phone, WhatsApp, and calls
Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
Previous experience in logistics, transport, or delivery operations is an advantage, but not mandatory
