We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with robust expertise in real estate sales, lead generation, client relationship management, and team handling.
Identifying and Qualifying Leads: Research and identify potential customers for residential primary market projects, focusing on relevant demographics, areas, locations, and cities. Evaluate leads to determine their potential and qualify them for the company's residential projects.
Developing Lead Generation Strategies: Strategize marketing campaigns, such as email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing, to attract and engage potential customers
Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective clients to understand their residential property requirements, budget, location preferences, and investment needs.
Organize and coordinate site visits, highlight project USPs, and address client queries.
Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure timely flow of information, documentation, and deal support.
Prepare customized proposals, pricing sheets,



and commercial offers in collaboration
Track client engagement, follow-up schedules, and conversions through CRM tools.
Lead Junior executives and Tele callers and give operational direction to them on day today activities.
Assist junior executives and tele callers with pipeline nurturing and lead qualification.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
4 - 5 years of experience in real estate sales roles
Extensive experience in lead generation, client relationship development • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Fluent communication (Tamil and English), and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to qualify leads, identify prospects and convert them to clients
Understanding of various sales methodologies and techniques.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CRM systems and other sales tools.
