Job Title: Team Lead-Tanishq Bundgarden

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead to join our Tanishq store located in Bundgarden. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, leading a team of sales associates, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
Train new team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are displayed effectively
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner




Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving store performance

Qualifications
Previous experience in a retail leadership role
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of jewelry or luxury retail is a plus
