Capabilities, Experience & Qualification Requirements
Essential Capabilities
• Significant experience in sourcing, procurement, commercial management, or vendor management
• Experience managing Real Estate, Infrastructure, General contacts-related categories
• Strong negotiation and contract management capability across services, hardware, and technology agreements
• Understanding of enterprise physical security settings and operational requirements
• Robust stakeholder management and influencing capability
• Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
Preferred
• Experience within banking, critical infrastructure, government, or highly regulated industries
• Understanding of operational resilience and critical infrastructure requirements
• Familiarity with supplier governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks
Experience
• 9+ years of overall Sourcing experience
• 5+ years of experience in sourcing (General contracts, Real Estate, Infrastructure)
