VMC Setter Cum Operator

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced VMC Setter cum Operator with 5–10 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining and VMC machine operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Set and operate VMC machines as per production requirements.
Perform tool setting, tool offset and work offset.
Read and understand engineering drawings and dimensional tolerances.
Perform machine setup and production changeovers.
Check component dimensions using Vernier, Micrometer and other measuring instruments.
Maintain production quality and achieve daily production targets.
Follow safety and quality procedures.

Requirements:
5–10 years of relevant VMC Setter/Operator experience.




Strong knowledge of VMC machining and CNC operations.
Experience with Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controls is preferred.
Valuable knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.;
Knowledge of cutting tools, tooling and machining parameters.
Ability to independently handle machine setting and operation.

Salary: Based on experience and skill level.
