Position: Team Leader – Loan Process
Location: Sector 3, Noida
Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 + Incentives
Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate the telesales team.
Achieve daily & monthly loan sales targets.
Monitor calls, conversions and team productivity.
Train and guide team members on loan products/process.
Handle customer escalations and support closures.
Maintain daily/weekly MIS and performance reports.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in Team Leader/Telesales/Loan Process.
Robust communication and team management skills.
Target-oriented with valuable knowledge of loan products.
Basic MS Excel/reporting knowledge preferred.
Working: Monday–Saturday | Sunday Fixed Off
Timing: 9:45 AM – 6:30 PM
