Real Estate Site ManagerWe are looking for a Real Estate Site Manager who will be stationed at an assigned project site and will be responsible for managing the complete day-to-day sales and marketing operations of the project. The person will be the primary point of contact for customers at the site and will be responsible for handling walk-in enquiries, scheduled site visits, understanding customer requirements, presenting the project, explaining pricing, payment plans, inventory and project USPs, and effectively handling customer queries and objections. The Site Manager will also be responsible for regular follow-up calls with leads, coordinating revisits, maintaining proper lead records, tracking hot, warm and cold prospects, and ensuring that no potential customer is missed during the sales process.

The role will also involve coordinating with the central sales and telecalling team, developer/project team, channel partners and management to ensure smooth functioning of the site.



The person will be responsible for maintaining updated information regarding inventory, pricing, schemes and project details, assisting in negotiations and closures, and coordinating with the concerned teams until the booking and payment process is completed. The Site Manager will also support all site-level marketing activities, ensure that brochures and other marketing materials are properly maintained, provide regular feedback on customer response and competitor activity, and identify prospects to improve sales performance. Daily reporting of calls, leads, site visits, follow-ups, revisits, interested customers, negotiations and bookings will be an significant part of the role. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication and client-handling skills, real estate sales experience, strong follow-up and negotiation abilities, a target-oriented approach and the ability to independently manage the sales operations of an assigned project site.
