About the RoleWe are looking for a Relationship Manager to handle customers, follow up with leads and generate sales for Credit Help India's credit-related services.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming leads and customer calls.
Understand customer requirements and explain our services.
Follow up with customers regularly.
Convert leads into customers and achieve sales targets.
Maintain positive relationships with customers.
Update customer and lead details in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the service team after sales closure.
RequirementsGood communication skills.




Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/relationship management.
Banking, NBFC, DSA, loan or financial services experience will be preferred.
Positive convincing and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
