Kohinoor College of Paramedical Sciences (KCPS) is looking for a Counsellor – Admissions to guide students and parents in choosing the right paramedical career and drive admissions across our centres.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents on paramedical courses, career opportunities and admission processes.
Understand students' interests, educational background and career goals and recommend suitable courses.
Handle enquiries from walk-ins, calls, digital leads, references and other sources.
Conduct regular follow-ups and convert enquiries into admissions.
Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.
Explain course structure, eligibility, fees, practical training, internships/clinical exposure and career opportunities.
Maintain accurate lead and admission records and ensure timely follow-up.
Participate in school/college visits, career counselling sessions, seminars,



events and other admission activities.
Coordinate with Branch, Academic, Placement and other teams to ensure a smooth student experience.
Address student/parent queries professionally and escalate issues when required.

Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, sales, tele-calling or customer relationship roles preferred.
Freshers with robust communication and counselling skills may also be considered.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive counselling, convincing and follow-up abilities.
Target-oriented with a solid sense of ownership.
Comfortable communicating with students and parents.
Basic computer and MS Office skills.
