To develop detailed manufacturing designs and fabrication drawings for process vessels and related EPC equipment, ensuring compliance with international codes, client specifications, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed fabrication drawings, GA drawings, and BOM for vessels and skids.
Interpret P&IDs;, datasheets, and client specifications into manufacturable designs.
Ensure compliance with ASME Section VIII, API 650/620, and other applicable standards.
Collaborate with procurement for material specifications and vendor clarifications.
Support production teams with design clarifications during fabrication.
Conduct design reviews and provide technical support during client meetings.
Maintain documentation and revision control for all design deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering.
3–7 years of experience in vessel/skid design for EPC companies.
Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, PV Elite, ANSYS preferred).
Solid knowledge of pressure vessel codes and welding standards.
Ability to prepare detailed BOM and fabrication notes.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
