Role Overview
We are looking for a consumer-first Content Lead who can independently own and create explicit, empathetic and trustworthy health content for users across multiple geographies, including India and European/international markets.
This is a hands-on individual-contributor role requiring robust content ownership and execution.
The role requires the ability to:
Write content that works for global audiences.
Adapt tone, examples and messaging for local cultures and markets.
Translate complex medical or technical information into straightforward consumer-friendly communication.
Work closely with Product, Growth, Design and Medical/Clinical teams to ensure accuracy, clarity and compliance.
Maintain consistency of voice and quality across different content formats.

The objective is to help consumers understand their health and the product without fear, unnecessary jargon or unsupported claims.
This role focuses on writing and adapting content for global consumers — not providing medical advice or performing literal translations.
Key Responsibilities




Global Consumer Health Content
Own and develop content for websites and landing pages.
Create educational blogs, guides and explainers.
Translate complex medical or technical information into simple, consumer-friendly language.
Ensure content is factually accurate, non-alarming and appropriate for consumer audiences.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across markets.

Product & App Content
Create and refine content for:
User onboarding journeys
In-app messages and nudges
FAQs
Help articles
Product explanations and user journeys

Work with Product and Design teams to improve clarity, reduce friction and minimise user confusion.
Localisation & Market Adaptation
Develop clear base-English content suitable for global use.
Adapt tone, examples, context and disclaimers for different markets where required.
Work with local stakeholders and localisation/translation partners.
