HR Recruiter

Job Summary : We are looking for a mid-level HR Recruiter & Admin Executive to handle our hiring process and day-to-day office operations. In this role, you will focus heavily on finding the right talent for our growing corporate teams while making sure our main office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is a excellent communicator who can balance interview schedules with daily administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Partner with team leaders to understand their hiring requirements and specific job roles.
Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, online job portals, employee referrals, and qualified networks.
Screen applicant resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to check skills, salary expectations, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules between shortlisted candidates and department heads.
Manage onboarding paperwork including reference checks,



issuing offer letters, and collecting joining documents.
Maintain the candidate database to ensure recruitment records are organized and up to date.
2. Office Administration & Facilities
Supervise front desk operations and manage incoming phone calls, physical mail, and corporate couriers.
Monitor office inventory to order corporate stationery, housekeeping materials, and pantry supplies on time.
Coordinate with office vendors including cleaning staff, security teams, internet providers, and maintenance technicians.
Organize corporate events like town halls, holiday celebrations, and employee engagement activities.
Manage travel arrangements for company executives, including booking flights, hotels, and local transport.
Maintain office asset registers to track company laptops, identity cards, and office keys given to staff.
