We are looking for an experienced HOMAG CNC Boring Machine Operator for our modular furniture manufacturing unit.
The candidate should have hands-on experience in operating HOMAG/Weeke CNC boring and drilling machines used for panel furniture production.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate HOMAG CNC boring/drilling machine independently.
Read production drawings, dimensions and drilling details.
Perform drilling, boring, dowel holes and hardware hole machining.
Set tools, drill bits, drilling depth and machine parameters.
Load and run CNC programs correctly.
Make basic program corrections when required.
Process PLPB, MDF, plywood and laminated boards.
Check finished components for dimensional and hole-position accuracy.
Maintain production quality and minimize rejection/wastage.
Carry out daily machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
Identify and report machine/tooling problems.
Follow daily production plans and achieve required output.
