Manage and guide the calling/collection team to achieve daily targets.

Monitor team performance, attendance and productivity.

Handle escalations and support team members in customer handling.

Prepare and maintain daily performance/MIS reports.

Ensure proper use of dialer and calling systems.

Coordinate with HR and management for daily operational requirements.
