Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete weaving operations during the assigned shift.
Supervise weaving operators and helpers.
Allocate manpower and ensure optimum utilization.
Achieve daily production and quality targets.
Monitor machine performance and resolve production issues.
Maintain production and shift reports.
Coordinate with maintenance and other departments.
Ensure smooth production flow and minimize machine downtime.
Maintain discipline and follow safety procedures.
Required Skills:
7–8 years of experience in weaving/textile manufacturing.
Diploma in Textile/Apparel Technology.
Positive knowledge of weaving machines and processes.
Robust manpower handling and shift management skills.
Positive understanding of production and quality control.
Experience in ladies suit/fabric manufacturing will be preferred.
