Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Find new sales leads through market visit , cold calling, emails, networking events, and social selling.
Client Outreach: Contact potential clients to present company products and services.
Relationship Management: Build trust and maintain robust, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Pitching & Proposals: Create tailored business presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms,



and service agreements with clients to close deals.
Market Research: Study industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to spot current growth opportunities.
Sales Reporting: Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and report progress to management.

Requirements & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
Communication: verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Negotiation: Solid persuasion and objection-handling skills.
Tech Skills: Familiarity with excel and PowerPoint .
Soft Skills: Goal-driven, self-motivated, professional demeanor, and team player.
