Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students regarding university programs, course details, eligibility, and admission procedures. The candidate will be responsible for lead follow-ups, student counselling, and achieving admission targets.Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents about university courses, programs, and career opportunities.Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective students.Generate and follow up on leads through calls, referrals, and digital enquiries.Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fee structure,



and admission procedures.Convert prospective student enquiries into confirmed admissions.Maintain student databases and update lead details in the CRM.Follow up regularly with interested students to ensure admission completion.Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.Coordinate with the admissions team for documentation and enrolment.Maintain daily reports of calls, follow-ups, and admissions.

Requirements :

Any Graduate / Postgraduate qualification.1–3 years of experience in academic counselling, educational sales, or admissions preferred.Excellent communication and convincing skills.Robust student-handling and relationship-building abilities.Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.Target-oriented, proactive, and confident in handling students and parents.Key SkillsStudent Counselling | Lead Management | Admissions | Telecalling | Sales Conversion | Follow-ups | Communication Skills | CRM Management
