Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, references, local market visits, and customer referrals.
Acquire recent customers for Gold Loan products.
Visit prospective customers, traders, small businesses, and local communities to generate leads.
Explain gold loan products, eligibility, interest rates, documentation, and repayment options.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Coordinate with the branch/credit team for KYC, valuation, documentation, and loan disbursement.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and current customers.
Achieve monthly lead generation, customer acquisition and gold loan disbursement targets.
Maintain daily activity and sales reports.
