Job Summary:

We are looking for a Data Research & Email Marketing Executive to handle B2B contact research, lead generation, database building, and email marketing for domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct B2B Contact & Decision-Maker Research to identify the right person within a company.
Research and collect Name, Designation, Contact Number, Email ID, LinkedIn Profile, and Company Details.
Extract data from exhibition websites, exhibitor directories, trade show platforms, LinkedIn, and online sources.
Build, verify, clean, and maintain accurate prospect databases.
Manage B2B email marketing campaigns, mailing lists, and follow-ups.




Research exhibitors and upcoming trade shows to identify potential clients.
Maintain data in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM.
Share qualified leads and prospect lists with the Sales team.
Requirements1–3 years of experience in Data Research, Lead Generation, Contact Research, or Email Marketing.
Exhibition / Trade Show industry experience preferred.
Valuable knowledge of Web Research, Excel/Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and CRM.
Robust English communication and email writing skills.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
