Description

We are seeking CPC / COC certified medical coders for our team in Egmore, Chennai. This position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in medical coding or freshers looking to start their career in the healthcare industry with CPC /COC certification. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical coding guidelines and a passion for accuracy in coding.

Responsibilities

- Review and analyze medical records to assign appropriate codes for diagnoses and procedures.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with coding guidelines and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations while handling patient information.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify any discrepancies in the medical records.
- Stay updated on coding updates and changes in regulations.

Skills and Qualifications





- CPC or COC certification is mandatory.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in coding and documentation.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: 20-22K per month.

Work Location: Egmore, Chennai.

Food provided free of cost. Dayshift.

Sat and Sun fixed week off.
