We are seeking an experienced HR Manager for our automobile industry team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals of the automobile industry.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and training programs.
- Oversee performance management systems and ensure effective feedback mechanisms are in place.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations relevant to the automobile sector.




- Develop compensation and benefits strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze HR metrics and suggest improvements to HR processes.

Skills and Qualifications

- 5-10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in India.
- Proficient in HR software and tools for recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
