Description
Are you passionate about driving vendor performance and operational excellence Do you thrive where data-driven insights shape strategic decisions and cross-functional collaboration is key to success
What we do
Amazon's seller verification operations run at global scale, and that scale demands workforce agility. The Partner Agility Program Team (PAT) brings that agility by managing strategic outsourcing partnerships for manual verification work, ensuring Amazon can flex capacity to match volume needs without compromising quality or speed.
The Partner Agility Program Team (PAT) owns manual outsourcing end-to-end from scoping what gets outsourced, to managing vendor relationships with GCP, to delivering program outcomes across agility, cost, and scale. We lead vendor selection and due diligence, drive contract negotiations and SLA setup, and own strategic capacity planning across the portfolio. We set direction, manage transitions, and work across planning teams, Finance, Operations, Tech, Data Security and Business Continuity to ensure every outsourcing decision translates into measurable program success.
