Job Description

- Purchase Order management (Create/Update/Delete) within internal plants.
- No/Slow Mover material tracking.
- Ensure smooth material movement across inter - organization.
- Monitor and track order status and escalating delays where required.
- Updating Order confirmation in PO.
- Support procurement planners/engineers in daily operational tasks.
- Maintain documentation, training materials, and process guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Creating transfer orders for material movement within plants.

Qualifications

B.E. / B.Tech / BBA. / MBA with2 - 3 years of relevant experience

Preferred Knowledge / Exposure:

Valuable Communication (Fluent in English),
Interpersonal and collaboration skills
Willingness to work with smart techniques.
Well versed with soft skills like Microsoft Excel, Power Point Presentation, etc.
SAP knowledge MM Module (Preferred)
Power BI (Preferred)
