Exciting Opportunity for Banking Process Executive
Location: Chennai
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0 to 3 Years
Qualification: Any Degree (B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month + Incentives
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Job Role:
Talk to customers and help them with banking services (loans, accounts, credit cards).
Handle customer requests through calls, emails, or chats.
Help with KYC updates and form checking.
Keep records safe and follow rules.
Solve customer problems quickly and politely.
Skills Needed:
Good speaking skills (Voice) or good writing skills (Non-Voice).
Basic knowledge of banking or finance.
Friendly and problem-solving attitude.
Basic typing skills (for Non-Voice).
