Salary: Up to 50,000 INR per month

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately code medical records using HCC guidelines





Review patient documentation for completeness and compliance

Collaborate with the team to ensure timely submission of coding tasks

Maintain confidentiality and follow compliance standards

Requirements:

Life Science graduate (BSc, Nursing, or related field)

Minimum 1 year experience in HCC coding

Immediate joiners preferred

Certified or non-certified candidates are welcome

Salary: Up to 50,000 INR per month
