Audit and reconcile billing data to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

Assist in demonstrations of billing software or processes to clients or new staff.

Resolve discrepancies in charges, claims, or billing reports.

Coordinate with finance and billing teams for timely claim submission.

Skills Required:

Good knowledge of medical billing processes, CPT/ICD coding, and healthcare terminology.

Familiarity with medical billing software and MS Office tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Positive communication skills for client demos and internal coordination.
