Field Operations Executive

Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Field Operations Executive to oversee and execute on-site logistics and operational activities within the IT Services sector. This pivotal role ensures the seamless delivery and collection of essential equipment while maintaining strict adherence to operational timelines. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between the central team and various client sites, managing device handling and coordination to guarantee high service standards and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Execute the physical delivery and collection of IT equipment and assets to designated locations.

- Monitor and maintain the inventory and condition of all assigned operational equipment.

- Utilize navigation tools to plan and optimize travel routes for timely field visits.

- Serve as the main point of contact for site managers, ensuring clear and effective communication regarding operational status.

- Prepare and submit accurate daily logs, activity reports, and documentation regarding field activities.





- Manage time effectively to meet strict deadlines and schedule requirements.

- Coordinate directly with on-site personnel to facilitate smooth installation, troubleshooting, or retrieval processes.

- Handle, transport, and secure all devices in accordance with safety and company protocols.

Requirements Requirements:

- Minimum of 2.5 years of hands-on experience in field operations or logistics coordination.

- Proven ability to manage delivery and collection workflows efficiently.

- Strong proficiency in equipment management and device handling procedures.

- Excellent navigation skills with the ability to plan effective routes.

- Superior verbal and written communication capabilities for client and team interactions.

- Competence in maintaining detailed records and generating comprehensive reports.

- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

- Experience in coordinating with multiple sites and managing field logistics.
