Description

• Propose hiring solutions for new businesses
• Ensure key targets are met like on time delivery, Cost per Hire, Replacement cost etc.
• Promoting low cost channels to deliver maximum requirement like campus, referrals and Direct to talent (Portals; Social Media; Job Fairs; etc.) maintaining quality of hire
• Check on the hiring process and highlight any deviations from the company policy
• Ability to Highlight risk accounts on time with appropriate data points
• Drive team to be compliant and ensure all processes are followed as per audit guidelines
• Ability to map profiles hired to other organizations and quote any challenges/changes needed for hiring those profiles
• Willing to work on weekend drives if required
• Ability to drive compliance & process adherence
• Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination

• Support recruitment team in sourcing candidates through various channels

• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics; Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System

• Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job openings

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities

• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed

Qualifications

Bachelors - HR/Industrial Relations, Bachelors - Human Resource Management, Bachelors - Psychology, Masters - Business Administration, Masters - Human Resource Management

Certifications

Professional in Human Resources (PHR) - Symbiosis Instute of Distant Learning Symbiosis Instute of Distant Learning, SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) - Protouch Protouch
