Description

Expertise:

- Deep Payroll processing expertise across Input management, Payroll processing and Time & Attendance processing.
- Strong experience on Workday Payroll and ADP required
- Manage complex payroll queries, escalations and corrections
- Oversee zero to gross and gross to net processing accuracy in ADP and Workday Payroll
- Perform payroll audits, checks and balances
- Manage statutory and compliance reporting
- Support year-end processing and reconciliations
- Coach and mentor junior team members on payroll and time & attendance processing
- Support system testing and configuration changes in Workday Payroll

Qualifications

Bachelors - Commerce, Bachelors - Economics, Bachelors - Finance, Masters - Business Administration, Masters - Business Analytics

Certifications

Certified Payroll Qualified (CPP) - Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP)Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Perfekt Szolnok Perfekt Szolnok
