We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Banking Voice Process Executives. This role is perfect for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to kickstart their career in the banking sector. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and assisting customers with their banking needs.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively and professionally via voice communication.
- Provide accurate information regarding banking products and services.
- Assist customers in account management and transaction inquiries.
- Resolve issues promptly and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and adhere to compliance policies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional language).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Basic understanding of banking products and services.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and retrieval.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage time effectively.

Inbound/ Outbound calls
Location: Hebbal Bangalore
Qualification: PUC/ Graduates
Freshers & Experienced are Welcome
6 Days Working + 1 Rotational Off
Shift (9 Hrs)
(Females day shift only)
Languages: English + Tamil / Kannada / Telugu / Malayalam
Salary:
16,500TH, 20K CTC
Malayalam – Extra 1,800 Allowance
Bonus: Attendence- 3600 will be paid once in 3 months

Banking Non Voice Process (Email)
Location: Hebbal Bangalore
Qualification: PUC/ Graduates
*Min 6 months of Experience with proper documents.
Must be very fluent with english and typing.
6 Days Working + 1 Rotational Off
Shift (9 Hrs)
(Females day shift only)
Salary:
20TH, 25k CTC
Bonus: Attendence- 3600 will be paid once in 3 months
