Role Overview

One of our multinational financial institution clients operating in India is looking for an experienced Client Experience Site Reliability Engineer Sr Specialist to join its technology and operations team in Hyderabad. The successful professional will work in a large-scale, regulated enterprise environment and collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Improve reliability, availability and operational efficiency of business-critical platforms.
- Define and monitor service-level objectives and reliability metrics.
- Build automation to reduce operational toil and improve recovery.
- Enhance observability, monitoring and alerting.
- Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis and problem management.
- Improve CI/CD, cloud/container operations and platform resilience.
- Strong software engineering, SRE or production-engineering background.




- Experience with observability, automation, CI/CD and highly available systems.
- Cloud and container-platform experience is strongly preferred; leadership experience is required for managerial roles.
