Role: Informatica MDM SaaS Customer 360 (C360) Architect/Lead

Role Description: The Informatica MDM SaaS Customer 360 (C360) Architect/Lead must have 5-10+ years of experience. The MDM SaaS Solution Architect designs enterprise-grade MDM solutions, leads technical delivery across complex engagements, and provides pre-sales support. This role requires deep expertise in multi-domain architecture, industry extensions, CLAIRE AI, and the ability to guide technical teams while engaging with senior client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and evolve C360 architecture; create HLD/LLD; define customer data models and enterprise governance frameworks

- Configure and customize C360 data models, workflows, and domain configurations for customer master data

- Develop and optimize data quality frameworks, validation rules, and customer record matching/merge processes

- Lead C360 migrations from legacy/competing platforms; translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Lead and mentor a team of C360 engineers and data analysts; establish best practices and technical standards





Required Qualifications:

Experience

- 10+ years in Master Data Management

- 5+ years hands-on with Informatica MDM SaaS Customer 360 (C360)

- Proven experience with end-to-end C360 implementations and post-go-live support

- Experience designing integrations between C360, CRM systems, ERP systems, and APIs

Technical Skills

- Expert-level knowledge of Informatica C360 (configuration, data models, hierarchy/relationship, matching rules, survivorship, workflows)

- System architecture and design; scalability and performance optimization for high-volume customer data

- Data governance, data quality, and customer data privacy/compliance (GDPR, CCPA)

- Integration technologies: APIs, ETL concepts, real-time/batch processing, event streaming

- SQL and relational databases; data modeling and entity relationship design

Soft Skills

- Problem-solving in complex, multi-system environments

- Change management and stakeholder engagement

Preferred Qualifications:

- Design Secure Agent architecture including HA and disaster recovery

- Establish SDLC and CI/CD practices for MDM asset management

- Experience with other CMDM/MDM platforms (Stibo STEP, Talend, Dun & Bradstreet)

- Cloud data warehouse experience (Snowflake, Databricks, Big Query, Redshift)

- AI/ML strategy and implementation; GenAI and LLM integration patterns

- Agent AI expertise: Salesforce Agentforce, CLAIRE Agents, autonomous data workflows

- Informatica certifications
