Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

- End-to-end ownership of month-end close for assigned entities
- Balance sheet integrity, reconciliation review, and open item clearance
- Audit coordination (PBC management, SOX/compliance alignment)
- Stakeholder management with finance teams
- Driving process improvements and standardization initiatives

What You Need to Succeed

- 5–10 years of experience in GL / R2R
- Strong ownership of month-end close
- Deep experience in balance sheet reconciliation
- Exposure to audit / SOX / GAAP frameworks
- Hands-on SAP / ERP experience
- Prior team handling (minimum 2–3 members)
